The Architect of Destruction

Barack Obama appears to be a tormented man filled with resentment, anger, and disdain for anyone of an opinion or view other than his. He acts in the most hateful, spiteful, malevolent, vindictive ways in order to manipulate and maintain power and control over others. Perhaps, because, as a child, he grew up harboring an abiding bitterness toward the U.S. that was instilled in him by his family and mentors.it seems to have never left him.
It is not the color of his skin that is a problem in America .
Rather it is the blackness that fills his soul and the hollowness in his heart where there should be abiding pride and love for this country.
Think: Have we ever heard Obama speak lovingly of the U.S. or its people, with deep appreciation and genuine respect for our history, our customs, our sufferings and our blessings? Has he ever revealed that, like most patriotic Americans, he gets "goose bumps" when a band plays "The Star Spangled Banner," or sheds a tear when he hears a beautiful rendition of " America the Beautiful?" Does his heart burst with pride when millions of American flags wave on a National holiday - or someone plays "taps" on a trumpet? Has he ever shared the admiration of the military, as we as lovers of those who keep us free, feel when soldiers march by? It is doubtful because Obama did not grow up sharing our experiences or our values. He did not sit at the knee of a Grandfather or Uncle who showed us his medals and told us about the bravery of his fellow troops as they tramped through foreign lands to keep us free. He didn't have grandparents who told stories of suffering and then coming to America, penniless, and the opportunities they had for building a business and life for their children.
Away from this country as a young child, Obama didn't delight in being part of America and its greatness. He wasn't singing our patriotic songs in kindergarten, or standing on the roadside for a holiday parade and eating a hot dog, or lighting sparklers around a campfire on July 4th as fireworks exploded over head, or placing flags on the grave sites of fallen and beloved American heroes.
Rather he was separated from all of these experiences and doesn't really understand us and what it means to be an American. He is void of the basic emotions that most feel regarding this country and insensitive to the instinctive pride we have in our national heritage. His opinions were formed by those who either envied us or wanted him to devalue the United States and the traditions and patriotism that unites us.
He has never given a speech that is filled with calm, reassuring, complimentary, heartfelt statements about all the people in the U.S. Or one that inspires us to be better and grateful and proud that in a short time our country became a leader, and a protector of many. Quite the contrary, his speeches always degenerate into mocking, ridiculing tirades as he faults our achievements as well as any critics or opposition for the sake of a laugh, or to bolster his ego. He uses his Office to threaten and create fear while demeaning and degrading any American who opposes his policies and actions. A secure leader, who has noble self-esteem and not false confidence, refrains from showing such dread of critics and displaying a cocky, haughty attitude.
Mostly, his time seems to be spent causing dissension, unrest, and anxiety among the people of America, rather than uniting us (even though he was presented to us as the "Great Uniter"). He creates chaos for the sake of keeping people separated, envious, aggrieved and ready to argue. Under his leadership Americans have been kept on edge, rather than in a state of comfort and security. He incites people to be aggressive toward, and disrespectful of, those of differing opinions. And through such behavior, Obama has lowered the standards for self-control and mature restraint to the level of street-fighting gangs, when he should be raising the bar for people to strive toward becoming more considerate, tolerant, self-disciplined, self-sustaining, and self-assured.
Not a day goes by that he is not attempting to defy our laws, remove our rights, over-ride established procedures, install controversial appointees, enact divisive mandates, and assert a dictatorial form of power.
· Never has there been a leader of this great land who used such tactics to harm and hurt the people and this country.
· Never have we had a President who spoke with a caustic, evil tongue against the citizenry rather than present himself as a soothing, calming and trustworthy force.
· Never, in this country, have we experienced how much stress one man can cause a nation of people - on a daily basis!
Obama has promoted the degeneration of peace, civility, and quality of cooperation between us. He thrives on tearing us down, rather than building us up. He is the Architect of the decline of America , and the epitome of a Demagogue.

The Want To Be

The way our country was founded over 200 hundred years ago was on God and a structure of checks and balances by which this nation and its Constitution are based on is being steadily and thoroughly destroyed by Obama who was from the very beginning and who is still determined to have absolute rule over a free people. Most American people if they are like me are infuriated, mad and furious that Obama through our federal government appears, by the look of things, to be taking aggressive measures to remove our rights to privacy granted to the American citizens under the Fourth Amendment of our Constitution. I was always under the feeling that oppressive and domineering governments, were run by communists and dictators. I thought that they were the ones who spied on citizens. But was I fooled! We have a president that is right there on the same level with them. But of course why am I surprised? When you rub elbows with dictators and shun your friends does not that put you in the same class or does that make you “a want to be dictator?”

The Constitution breaks up authority between the executive (president), legislative (Congress), and judicial (Supreme Court) branches of government and it is based on the view and the opinion that liberty can only be successfully preserved by having separate branches so that any little would be dictator (like Obama) could be stopped by the checks and balances that were built into the government structure. The problem is two of the branches of our government are not doing their job to stop Obama. He (the want to be king) is taking over this country and they do nothing.

From all my study and research of and about the history of the American government It goes without question, that our current leadership in the White House and the Congress is not the copy or the model pictured or envisioned by our founding fathers when it comes to the protection of the citizens' rights of privacy. It is truly disturbing that the American citizens’ telephone conversations, email, letters sent and received through the U.S. Postal Service, the websites Americans have visited, plus other things, are all being all watched and examined by the executive branch of our government.

Even more incredible is that we have a secret United States court reviewing actions of the American people pursuant to a secret law and giving the executive branch and its Agencies even more room to spy on law-abiding American citizens. What is happening to America? What’s next is the question that we, as Americans really must ask. Will we all have to wear ankle-monitoring bracelets or have a computer chip embedded under our skin to allow our government to monitor even our bathroom activity? Is that what our country is coming to? Some of you reading this will most likely laugh, but you had better stop and think because it is no laughing matter. It is real and it could happen by the way Obama and his government is going.

Our second amendment rights are very quickly being taken from us, we have drones flying over this country and I ask for what? Our phone calls, emails, and who knows what else is being monitored. We need to wake up and smell the coffee. I cannot believe that our patriots in 1776 and 1789, who put their lives on the line for freedom, would tolerate this corrosion of our second and Fourth Amendment rights in our daily lives.

The system of federalism upon which this nation and its Constitution are based is being systematically destroyed by Obama who is bent on absolute rule over a free people.

AMERICA: Here Is Your Wake Up Call!

What is happening to the country that we all love? As the American people draw near the first six months of Obama’s second term, his record causes many concerns for most people. In just six months, we have been hit with a foreign policy (What foreign policy) that is beyond reason and is a disaster, numerous scandals, postponing his worthless health care (Obamacare), while still not getting any information on “Fast and Furious” as well as the killing of the Ambassador in Benghazi. If this is what we see in the first six months, what are we in for for the remainder of his second term?

In all of this we have a president that is totally disengaged and disconnected from the real issues, a vice president that is continuing to make outlandish and absurd comments, the secretary of state is sailing while Egypt is exploding, and the attorney general (Holder) does not know anything about anything. In foreign affairs, Obama has pursued a policy that can only be described as hiding and not making any use of America’s vanishing power.

The world makes fun of us and disregards what we say. After supporting the overthrow of Mubarak, the president supported the candidate of the Muslim Brotherhood (People who hate us) who while elected created a new constitution, requested the release of the man who led the early attack on the World Trade Center and clearly was against the United States. When his own people rose up to force him out of office seeking more freedom from the brotherhood, our president acted as if the people that were trying to hold our views were wrong. In Syria, Obama said that Hassad would be gone in two years, but now he is giving too little and too late support to the groups trying to remove this evil in our world. Now it is evil against evil there. No matter who he chooses they will be against us.

Obama’s comment that he should not have to talk with foreign leaders is an example of his arrogance and his abuse of power. He is not God even though he might think that he is. I have never feared my government up until now; in fact, I love my country and the presidents that led it. I had some strong disagreements with their policies, but I was awed by the leadership they provided. The one thing I was sure of was that my government was there to protect me. The actions of Obama do not allow me to feel safe from my government anymore. Under Obama the government is too big and controls most of our life. Obama and his policies are tearing our country apart.

The IRS scandal makes it clear that when Obama attacks the tea party movement then a number of people take that as their marching orders and stop opposition groups (those that oppose Obama’s policies) from gaining their rights to free descent. If you do not agree with the president, then you can be audited. If you lead an opposition group, they can ask for your emails, what films you watch and the leaders can have their personal and their businesses audited by the most feared part of government. The president states that he knew nothing about the report of IRS abuses while his chief of staff and his Treasury secretary did know. Can you believe that? Well you can believe it if you want but as far as I’m concerned and a lot of other people he knew and more likely was behind it.

The NSA is now monitoring all of the cell phones we have. This was started by President Bush to monitor telephone calls to foreign locations, but this administration under Obama expanded their power. The freedom of the press has come into question. If a reporter questions the policies of Obama he or she can be targets approved by the attorney general (Holder) to monitor their lives. The attorney general then lies to the Congress about his knowledge.Whole groups like the AP and Fox can be subject to investigation. Is this America where we can now have drones flying overhead monitoring our actions? We must speak out constantly in opposition to this abuse of power and protect our freedom or the government will take it from us. They have taken most of it now.

Maryland My Maryland

I will always remember and keep track of the state that I grew up in. “Maryland My Maryland”. I remember the good old Eastern Shore where hard crabs, soft crabs, crab cakes, and rock fish were always in abundance. For the most part the abundance of these things are in the past. Gone for the most part. The Maryland that I once knew is just about gone and all Marylanders can say goodbye to those things that we once enjoyed when they were in abundance and everyone could afford them.

And then as I was thinking there are a lot of things that all Marylanders can say goodbye to, especially since Governor O’Malley (Democrat) (Liberal) has been in office. Why do I say this? Well, when you take time to think about that statement you can see why I say goodbye.

Ever since Mr. O’Malley has been governor, the citizens of Maryland have been saying goodbye to a lot of their rights and their money. For instance, the first year he was in office we saw the federal transportation funds that were granted to each county of Maryland taken away from the respected counties. Goodbye transportation funds.

We also saw the surplus of money accumulated by former Governor Ehrlich, who was a Republican used to balance the first year budget deficit created by Governor O’Malley. Goodbye surplus money.

Funds that were appropriated for the construction of a new Dover Bridge, which is very much needed to support the lifeline between Talbot and Caroline counties, have since disappeared. Thousands of people depend on Dover Bridge every day to go to work and for all kinds of medical services. Why did that happen? Money is still being poured into reaching the beach, but for a much needed bridge for the people of the Eastern Shore it is goodbye new Dover Bridge. Where are the priorities here?

People from Maryland also see more of their hard earned money being spent at the gas pump due to the gas tax increase put into place by O’Malley. Marylanders can say goodbye to their hard earned money. The sales tax has also been increased to six cents on a dollar driving many people on the eastern shore to Delaware to do there shopping leaving business owners on the shore hurting.

Marylanders will also no longer be able to purchase certain firearms due to just their looks. The firearm can be a 22 rifle and if it looks like an assault rifle it cannot be sold in Maryland. And to purchase an allowed firearm they will need to be licensed and fingerprinted. Goodbye to some more honest citizens’ rights and goodbye to many jobs from the fire arms manufactures leaving the state.

That’s a pretty impressive summary of O’Malley and his actions since he has become governor. Most people will agree with that. And just think about this, Marylanders have a couple more years left for O’Malley to take away more of their hard earned money and their freedoms. What will be next O’Malley Man?

AMERICA: Or A Banana Republic

The question that needs to be put forth to the American people is this, were there any winners in the trial of George Zimmerman. Did Zimmerman really win? The answer to that question I’m afraid to say is no! The only question is really this, about the damage that has been done to the judicial system of our country. Will it be brief and temporary or will it be far beyond repair. Legally speaking, The jury found Zimmerman not guilty and he has received his freedom. That in my opinion should be the end of the matter. But the big issue for all Americans to look at is this - He can still be sued in a civil court and you know that is coming. Zimmerman and his family will probably never be safe to live their life in peace on this earth ever again, such as they had before this bogus trail made Zimmerman the focal point of national attention and the orchestrated hate of some people.

But even more important than the destiny and the fate of Zimmerman, is the future or the doom of the American justice system and of the American public’s faith in that court system and in the laws and leader of our country. The American people who have been asking more and more during the chaos of the Obama administration, “Is this still America that is the home of the brave and the free?” may feel determine that there is some relief from Obama and his corrupt dealings after the verdict in the Zimmerman trail, but they had better look out!

Just the very fact that this case was brought in the first place is a puzzle, because of the absence of serious evidence and hard facts to prove George Zimmerman guilty. The police said there was not enough evidence and it became ever more utterly obvious as the prosecution did its best to try to come up with anything at all that was creditable of a murder trial and they could not do this.

The political distortion and the twisting of the justice system about this trial started early and as we all know (or should know) started at the top, with Obama. A blind man could easily see that. Unlike other public officials of this country who refuse to comment on criminal cases that have not yet been tried in court, Obama spoke out and said, “If I had a son, he’d look like Trayvon.” Obama is a smooth and deceiving person who uses different situations to promote his kingship. It was a clever way to play the race card, and look what has happen because of it. Riots all across the nation, threats made to Zimmerman. Obama has played the race card before like  when professor Henry Louis Gates of Harvard was arrested for violating the law.

But the problem with our fearless leader did not stop there. After the police in Florida conducted a investigation into the complaint about Zimmerman and found not enough evidence to ask for Zimmerman to be prosecuted, the Obama administration sent the Justice Department investigators to Sanford, Florida, and also used the taxpayers’ money to finance local activists who agitated publicly and behind the scenes for Zimmerman to be arrested. What is our federal government coming to? It sounds like the government of a banana republic.

The political intervention and involvement did not end with the federal government. The city manager at Sanford intervened to prevent the standard police procedures from being followed. Time to wake up America!  The only real heroes in this trial were the jurors. Why do I say this? Because they showed the world and the American people that this is still America. Well, at least for now it is anyway. They weighed the evidence and asked questions and took their time in deliberating the verdict that they gave.

Regardless of the politicians, no matter if it is the president, state, or local politicians, who try to taint and corrupt the law for their purpose. All Americans should remember this and also know that we live in America and not some third world country that twist and turn the laws as they want them at the time.

The Transparent Administration

I was shocked by Obama’s “who cares” attitude and reply to our European allies uproar over the reports that the United States has been spying on them. Obama said in essence that everyone is spying on everyone else. He said that is what nations do. But is it really what nations do? Do we as a nation spy on our friends and neighbor’s? Do we spy on our friends that stand beside us in war and times of trouble? Who would consider peaking in the windows or bugging their neighbor's telephone? That’s not the America that I know or grew up in. Of course we have never had a president who wants to tear down America as Obama does. We, as Americans, are better than that? That is until the master deceiver came along.

Is Obama also spying on Americans that do not go along with his agenda? Could he have some Americans in his cross hairs? The answer to that is probably yes. If the truth was really known Obama was most likely a part of the IRS scandal, the Benghazi cover up, the fast and furious cover-up, and many other scandals that have plagued this administration, but we will never know the whole truth or how involved he was because he is good at what he does, “DECIEVING THE PEOPLE”. He promised that his administration would be a transparent one. I’m sorry but there is nothing crystal clear about him or his administration.

There must be something about absolute power that slowly but thoroughly corrupts judgment and values. Certainly the Obama that people first elected in 2008 would not have proclaimed that spying on our allies is what nations do. His administration was going to be transparent, be less dismissive of the world, less arrogant. Yet, today, after five years in office, he casually dismisses our allies’ complaints that he has been spying on them with an “I could care less attitude”.

Business leaders would go to jail for bugging other companies. President Nixon ended up resigning over efforts to cover up the bugging of the Democratic Party Headquarters. Yet, in today's world, the American people are told by their president that it is just fine to spy on our allies. Every president would need a strong alter ego whispering in his ear when he loses his moral bearing if he was like Obama. This current president sure does and more.

The White House Prison

Michelle Obama made a statement on July 2 that I just cannot understand. She told the world that it felt like she was in a prison living in the White House. I, along with a lot of other people, cannot envision how she could make such an assertion. Since she and her husband have been in the White House they have been given the time and the opportunity to travel all over this world on vacations and they did this on the taxpayers money, not their own. They have eaten the very best food, have the best medical care, (not Obama care), and 24 hour protection. What a slap in the face to the American people, Michelle Obama, who has given you the means, the time, and our money to travel the world in first class accommodations paid for by the American people. How sad for our country to put out all this money and you think you’re in prison. Let us hope that the next family that live in the White House will be grateful for what has given them, by the American people and maybe this country will get back on track to a more positive future like most of the past presidents and their wives envisioned. Something that we the American people have not seen since you, Michelle Obama, and your husband have been in our (The American People) White House.

Liberals Stop At Nothing

At a gun control rally in New Hampshire Mayor Bloomberg’s group, ( Mayors Against Illegal Guns), claims that a well known known terrorist is a “victim of gun violence.” This just goes to show you how insane out leaders are becoming., MAIG sponsored organizers read names of people who were “victims of gun violence” since the shooting at Sandy Hook. Among the victims names that were read was the Boston Marathon terror bombing mastermind Tamerlan Tsarnaev..He was killed by police during a shootout following the Marathon bombing in Boston. During the pursuit, Tsarnaev threw grenades at police, and had additional explosives on him, but according to Bloomberg, he was a victim. Are our leaders losing their minds? Their list also includes known terrorists, home invaders shot in self defense by home owners, murderers who shot themselves and criminals shot by police in the line of duty.. None should be or would be considered a “victim” by any rational or normal person. Bloomberg and the Socialist-Democrat elitists such as Obama, Schummer, Feinstein, and many other liberal Democrats have once again proven they will stop at nothing, including, but not limited to repeating, over and over again flawed figures, statistics, and information, suppressing the news outlets, intimidating citizens and putting outright lies out to the public, in the quest of their Socialist agenda. They show no regard for the truth, for the American people or the Constitution of the United States.

As an American citizen I’m just sick and tired of all the lies by these liberal democrats. The liberal democrats have completely lost sight of the freedoms and rights of the Individual and the American people as a whole, and are putting forth and promoting the idea, a policy of centralized, Big Brother, Police-State government. This is not my vision of a free, American republic! Neither should it be the vision of any other American people.

Our Freedom Is In Peril

 

The news media has recently informed the American people that the Chinese have successfully hacked into the Department of Defense (DOD) systems and stolen almost all of this country’s most sensitive and critical military secrets. The American people should be asking: “How could this happen to the most technologically advanced nations on earth?” This is just the latest of many ongoing problems that the American people face.

The answer to the above question is very simple. No one in the federal government is paying attention to the real national security issues of our nation because Obama is too busy using the FBI, DOJ, TSA, CIA, NSA and DHS (and let us not leave out the Internal Revenue Service) and whatever other government agency he can use to intimidate and bully American citizens, to suppress free speech, deny the American people civil and Constitutional rights, and to advance and protect his tyrannical government. This is either spectacular incompetence and lack of ability to be a leader or deliberate and premeditated treason! Either way, Obama needs to put out of office. I, for one say, enough is enough! The “hope” is gone, that he so adamantly keeps putting forth in his campaigns. This is not “change” Americans can accept. Obama is “leading” this country to destruction! And all we can hear from him is “I know nothing”. He is either the biggest bull crapper there ever was or he is a deceiver. I will go with the deceiver.

Never has this country been in the shape that it has been in the past few years since Obama has been in office. I believe that he had a goal before he went into office and he is quickly fulfilling that goal. He would be king if he could and he is not far from it. He wants to dismantle our country as we know it. Our freedom and liberties are just about gone.

The Politically Correct Boy Scouts

The national leaders in charge of the rules and regulations for Boy Scouts of America, voted yes, in May of this year, to allow the membership of openly gay Boy Scouts. They can now come out of the closet. Professor Beth Galley said, “It brings the Boy Scouts back into the mainstream of America.” In other words it now makes the Boy Scouts Politically correct in the country that we live in. But in fact this ruling will destroy the Boy Scouts as an effective moral compass for our youth. Just like giving condoms and birth control pills to children will destroy their moral compass. What is really going on here is there are people in this country that wants to get rid of God and His biblical standards. They have succeeded in our government, most churches, and many other groups. 

Scouting is a private organization that has been around for at least a hundred years. It teaches young men a standard of living, a belief system and a moral compass to live by. I remember when I was in the scouts and at that time it was a place where parents could send their young men to learn moral and spiritual values plus many other earthly values that would help them as they grew older to become a good moral fiber in our society. Because of the latest ruling from the leaders of the scouts those things are now going to go down the drain. Another victory for the politically correct crowd that it seems is trying to dominate our culture and to do away with God’s standards.

Now as a direct result of the pressure from activists of the gay community, the Boy Scouts have lowered and changed their mission statement. The Boy Scout oath of “On my honor, I will do my best to keep myself physically strong, mentally alert and morally straight.” On my honor, mentally alert and morally straight are strong words with high standards and keep values high. What will happen now?

The Boy Scout’s national committee said, “The organization will not sacrifice its mission and allow the organization to be consumed by a diverse and unresolved societal issue.” I’m sorry but that's precisely what has happened. As a society this country, for the most part has started to change the meaning of words today to meet the needs of being politically correct, doing away with many years of living by God’s standards and His moral compass. As I remember Boy Scouting stood for something; but let me say this, when you change your standards, you will stand for nothing. The Scouts, as well as the people of this country, need to lift up a standard.

Changing and twisting the rules, giving a new definition of words, which are the core of Scouting, is wrong! Boy Scouting will never be the same as it once was! The Scouts at one time was a mark of excellence! This country is no longer at a cross road. The country has chosen to take the broad road of destruction.

The Benghazi Debacle

This pretty much tells you everything you need to know about who is responsible for the deaths of the two ex-Navy seals in Benghazi.

The   Benghazi debacle boils down to a single key factor - the granting or  withholding of  "cross-border authority."  This opinion is informed by my experience as a Navy SEAL officer who took a NavSpecWar  Detachment to Beirut . Once   the alarm is sent - in this   case, from the consulate in Benghazi -   dozens   of HQs are notified and are in the planning loop in real   time, including   AFRICOM and EURCOM, both located in Germany   Without waiting   for specific orders from Washington, they   begin planning and executing rescue operations, including moving     personnel, ships, and aircraft forward toward the location of the crisis.   However, there is one thing they can't do without explicit  orders from   the president: cross an international border on a hostile mission.
That   is the clear "red line" in this type of a crisis situation.   No   administration wants to stumble into a war because a jet jockey in hot pursuit   (or a   mixed-up SEAL squad in a rubber boat) strays into hostile   territory. Because of this, only the president can give the order for our   military to cross a nation's border without that nation's permission. For the   Osama  bin Laden mission, President Obama granted CBA for our forces to   enter Pakistani airspace.
On   the other side of the CBA coin: in order to prevent a military rescue in   Benghazi, all the President of the United States "(POTUS)" has to do is not   grant cross-border   authority.  If he does not, the entire   rescue mission (already in   progress) must stop in its   tracks.  Ships can loiter on station, but airplanes fall out of the sky,   so they must be redirected to an air base (Sigonella, in Sicily) to await the   POTUS decision on granting CBA.  If the decision to grant CBA never   comes, the besieged diplomatic outpost in Benghazi can rely only on assets   already "in country" in Libya - such as the Tripoli quick reaction force and   the   Predator drones.These assets can be put into action on the   independent authority of the acting ambassador or CIA station chief in   Tripoli. They are already "in country," so CBA rules do not apply to them.
How   might this process have played out in the White House? If, at the 5:00 p.m.   Oval Office meeting with Defense Secretary Panetta and Vice President Biden,   President   Obama said about Benghazi: "I think we should not go the   military action route," meaning that no CBA will be granted, then that is it   Case closed.
Another   possibility is that the   president might have said: "We should do   what we can to help them. but no military intervention from outside of Libya   ." Those words then constitute "standing orders" all the way down the chain of   command, via Panetta and General Dempsey to General Ham and the subordinate   commanders who are already gearing up to rescue the besieged outpost. When   that meeting took place, it may have seemed as if the consulate attack was   over, so President Obama might have thought the situation would stabilize on   its own from that point forward.  If he then goes upstairs to the family   quarters, or otherwise makes himself   "unavailable," then his last   standing orders will continue to stand until he changes them, even if he goes   to sleep until the morning of September 12.
Nobody   in the chain of command below President Obama can countermand his "standing   orders" not to send outside military forces into Libyan air   space.Nobody.  Not Leon Panetta, not Hillary Clinton, not General   Dempsey, and not General Ham in Stuttgart, Germany, who is in charge of the   forces staging in Signorelli.
Perhaps   the president left  "no outside military intervention, no cross-border   authority"  standing orders, and then made himself scarce to those below   him seeking further guidance, clarification, or modified orders.  Or   perhaps he was the Situation Room watching the Predator videos in live time   for all seven hours. We don't yet know where the president was hour by hour.
But   this is 100 percent sure:  Panetta and Dempsey would have executed a   rescue mission order if the president had given those orders. And like the   former SEALs in Benghazi , General Ham and all of the troops under him would   have been straining forward in their harnesses, ready to go into battle to   save American lives.
The   execute orders would be given verbally to General Ham at AFRICOM in Stuttgart,   but they would immediately be backed up in official message traffic for the   official record.That is why cross-border authority is the King Arthur's Sword   for understanding Benghazi. The POTUS and only the POTUS can pull out that   sword.
We   can be 100% certain that cross-border authority was never given. How do I know   this? Because if CBA was granted and the rescue mission execute orders were   handed   down, irrefutable records exist today in at least a dozen   involved component commands, and probably many more. No general or admiral   will risk being hung out to dry for undertaking a mission-gone-wrong that the   POTUS later disavows ordering, and instead blames on "loose cannons" or "rogue   officers" exceeding their authority.  No general or admiral will order   U.S. armed forces to cross an international border on a hostile mission unless   and until he is certain that the National Command Authority, in the person of   the POTUS and his chain of command, has clearly and explicitly given that   order: verbally at the outset, but thereafter in written orders and official   messages. If they exist, they could be produced today.
When   it comes to granting cross-border authority, there are no presidential   mumblings or musings to paraphrase or decipher. If you hear confusion over   parsed statements   given as an excuse for Benghazi, then you are   hearing lies. I   am sure that hundreds of active-duty military officers know all about the   Benghazi execute orders (or the lack thereof), and I am impatiently waiting   for one of them to come forward to risk his career and pension as a   whistleblower
Leon   Panetta is falling on his sword for President Obama with his   absurd-on-its-face, "the U.S.military doesn't do risky things"-defense of his   shameful no-rescue policy.  Panetta is utterly destroying his reputation.
General   Dempsey joins Panetta on the same sword with his tacit agreement by silence.   But why?  How far does loyalty extend when it comes to covering up gross   dereliction of duty by the president?
General   Petraeus, however, has indirectly blown the whistle. He was probably "used" in   some way early in the cover-up with the purported CIA intel link to the   Mohammed   video, and now he feels burned.  So he conclusively   said via his public   affairs officer that the stand-down order did   not come from the CIA. Well - what outranks the CIA?  Only the national   security team at the White House. That means President Obama, and nobody else.   Petraeus is naming Obama without naming him. If that is not quite   as   courageous as blowing a whistle, it is far better than the   disgraceful behavior of Panetta and Dempsey.
We do  not know the facts for certain, but we do know that the rescue mission   stand-down issue revolves around the granting or withholding of cross-border   authority, which belongs only to President Obama.  More than one hundred   gung-ho Force Recon Marines were waiting on the tarmac in Signorelli, just two   hours away for the launch order that never came.
