Democrats Lie And Mis-lead Again.

 There was an article in our local newspaper (The Star Democrat) on October 19, 2018, called (“Time for Plan B,”). The person who wrote the article stated that Senator McConnell who is a Republican indicates that the only way to cover the $1.5 trillion deficit created by the tax cut is to cut Medicare and Social Security. That statement is far from the truth and just another false statement to help the democrat cause.

First of all, at this point, it is not certain there will be a deficit as large as some of the Democrats say. But there again one lie is as good as the next This number or the estimated amount of deficit at best is speculation and a theory put forth by the Democrat Party for election purposes. Every day, as the election grows closer we see on liberal television stations many times during the day an advertisement run by Democrat State Senator Jennifer Wexton running against Barbara Comstock for U.S. Representative in Virginia that the Republicans are cutting Social Security and Medicare. This is a misleading statement which I would like to call an out and out lie! Something the Democrats are very good at.

It is misleading statements like this and others that have been reported by the Democrats as far back as 1992 when Ross Perot was running for president as an independent. The Democrats have worn this untrue comment about Social Security out long before now. Voters have seen through this kind of trickery already so they might want to get off of it.

The Washington Post reported the following this week

On Wednesday, McConnell told a group of reporters that he did not foresee an effort to cut Medicare and other programs under Trump, who has put Medicare and Social Security largely off limits. Trump himself said again in an Associated Press interview this week that “I’m not touching Social Security.”

But Democrats are telling voters that McConnell’s remarks signal plans for an all-out assault on the retirement and health care programs that millions of older and low-income Americans rely on. After Judge Kavanaugh’s Supreme Court confirmation process and Republicans’ attempts to go on offence over what they’ve characterized as liberal “mob rule,” Democrats jumped at the chance to redirect the conversation.  It is this kind of behaviour by the Democrats that are going to assure them that they are going to come up very short on Nov. 6. I believe the public has had more than enough of this distorted reporting by both the Democrat politicians and the mainstream media. Both are truly a threat to our country and as far as I am concerned are evil and news is no news at all when it is lies. I fully expect that the Republicans will hold on to their lead in the House and pick up between 6 to 8 seats in the Senate. If the Democrats thought the 2016 election results were a shock, they are very apt to be extremely shocked on the morning of Nov. 7.

A Free and Honest Press

Regarding the talk going around about trusting in the news media let me say this "The very future of our Republic is being threatened by their fake news. Sometimes they go beyond fake news to out and out lies.  It seems some in the news media take the free press to mean free to deceive, lie, malign, obscure, and confuse the truth. To slant their reporting to make it come out different. How do you explain such intense distrust in the news media by most Americans? Most news outlets claim a free press is essential to holding public figures and Government officials accountable. That is true but this is never the case unless your last name is Trump. When it comes to President Trump the mission of the press is not one of reporting the truth, but an abundance of printing lies and fake news. But these news agencies will cry foul and say the free press is being hindered from doing their job when they are told exactly what they are. 

Did the free press hold Obama accountable for his lies and Hillary's concerning Benghazi or how about the one "you can keep your doctor"? Did the free press hold Lois Lerner accountable for the shenanigans by the IRS? Did the free press hold Eric Holder accountable for drug running (Fast and Furious)? Did the free press hold Hillary accountable for classified materials on an illegal private server? In every case, the answer is no. But the press can be dishonest and not fair in their reporting about President Trump. Always trying to find fault in everything he does when in all honesty he is doing a great job for the American people. 

The free press has not only failed us too many times but several times have out and out lied to us. Most Americans want a free press but they want one that is honest and fair. One that will not take sides and will report the news straight down the middle without any bias and let the American people make their own informed decision. The free press (in other words the press that is still honest with their reporting) must clean its profession of all the bad news reporting before public trust is restored in the free press.

Let's change the terminology used here from a free press to a free and honest press, one that is necessary and crucial for a republic like ours. 

The Annapolis Tragedy

I read part of this article in THE STAR DEMOCRAT newspaper, in the letters to the editor section, and because it was such a good article I just wanted to add my thoughts to what was a  very good piece of writing by Craig Willis.

Thank heavens we live in Maryland, a state with some of the toughest gun control laws in the country. I for one feel much safer. Maryland is one of only six states to receive an A+ rating from the Gifford’s Law Center for its tough gun control laws. Yet these laws couldn’t prevent the recent tragedy in Annapolis where several newspaper reporters were killed by a shotgun toted by a man holding a grudge, our hearts go out to the victims and their families.

In the days just after the mass shooting at the newspaper in Annapolis, the media is almost silent, many of the papers not issuing follow-up stories as the facts of this case don’t support the left’s false narrative. As most Americans know most newspapers have sided with the left and their fake news. If you are a conservative you must search for the truth. In the STAR DEMOCRAT, the follow-up articles on shootings have been so unbelievable. Most of them talk about how newspaper reporters are right there with our police, firefighters, and soldiers in harm’s way. At one time that might have been so but now most of the papers are” fake news outlets” not giving you all the facts.

For example, any state like Maryland, with all these tough gun laws, is ineffective in stopping any of this senseless violence, but you hear nothing of this in the news. Baltimore was recently announced to be the most dangerous city in the country, having 135 gun-related deaths to date. Also, the Annapolis tragedy was enacted by a person who had a longstanding feud with the newspaper. Original reports by numerous left of center media outlets blamed President Trump due to his attacks on fake news! Now we find out that the gunman was entangled in a long-term legal feud with the paper and didn’t prevail in his lawsuit against them. But the left and the fake news outlets want to blame President Trump.

“Back in the day,” Cronkite, Reasoner, and Brinkley would have backed up their story with facts before airing any report, because, “that’s the way it was,” period.

Finally, this shooter used a shotgun, also not fitting the narrative that banning assault rifles is the Holy Grail of cures. Sad to say many a person feeds into this deceiving cure for all the gun problems thanks to the help of fake news.

Many Republican voters in the state of Maryland are now waiting to see which way Larry Hogan, the governor of Maryland goes related to siding with the left and creating and supporting even more stringent gun laws. These laws clearly only take constitutional rights away from law-abiding citizens. In November, regardless of your party affiliation, vote for the rule of law and preserving the Constitution

The Truth About The News

For over 10 years I have been writing articles to my Blogs about the problems we are facing in America today. The English and grammar may not always be right. But for the most part, they are always received well and I always get many emails agreeing with the articles and then there are a few who disagree and want to put their own spin on the issue. That is okay too because I always believe in free speech and what people have to say. Everybody has a right to voice their concerns about their government, and the laws that govern our land.

I have said all that to say this. Not all the media is the same way. It only takes the average intelligent person to watch the news on TV to soon see that it is clearly one-sided and it is their opinion that counts and not yours. You might expect that out of major news networks but when it comes to your local hometown newspaper you would think they would be a little different but that is not so. There is an agenda in this country that is not what all Americans want.

I want to make a statement that will most likely get me in some trouble with a few readers. The liberal news media today is no news media at all. It is the enemy of the American people.  I have to agree with President Trump when he said; “we have fake news” because he was telling the truth. The lies, twisted truth, and invented news are all we ever hear. The liberal news media is just a mouthpiece for the socialist, progressives, communist, or to sum it up in one word, THE DEMOCRATS.  If communist ever took over this country then the liberal news media would see they can only print what they are told to print. But guess what that is already happening now!

We have a local newspaper and I have heard more than one person say (while sitting in the local McDonalds) that they just do not read the paper anymore because of their one-sided views and articles. Sad to say they are right. 75 to 80% are all liberal articles and follow the liberal agenda of dumbing down America.  The news media should print the story and let the people decide and not put their spin on it.

What really gets me is when you write an article to be published in the paper if you have the word “Jesus” in it you know that most of the time it will not be printed or if you say anything about the spiritual condition of this country it will not be printed. Jesus is not allowed in our schools, government buildings, public places, and now in our schools. We do not hear about Our Lord because it does not fit into the liberal agenda or the liberal newspapers, just like He did not fit into the platform at their convention some years ago when Obama was running for president.

A man once said you can learn more from what you do not read in a paper than what you do read in a newspaper and he is so right.

The Truth About Fake News

     

    Since day one of Trump’s presidency there has been plenty of disapproval by the liberal press, the democrats, the socialist, and just plain haters of the American way, that I would like to list a few of his accomplishments, because the news media will not. As anybody knows they are Trump Haters. As you read these please remember this has all happen in a year’s time by a man who is not a politician but just a man who loves his country and its people.

     The stock market has broken all record highs several times over.

     The unemployment rate is the lowest in many years. This is not because of shovel ready jobs as our past president was promoting but it was getting out there and bringing jobs back to America.

     1.7 million New jobs have put people back to work. Please remember this all happen in just one year. Trump never promised shovel ready jobs. He promised to bring jobs back to this country and he is doing that at a fast pace.

     One of President Trumps campaign promises was that he will move our embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, a law that was passed in 1995 by our congress but never fulfilled by former presidents even though it was promised in several presidents elections by the candidates.

    Following up on campaign promises,   Following the new tax law, many      companies, including Toyota and Mazda, have agreed to either move back to     the U.S. or open an additional business here.

     Forty U.S. companies have already given raises to their employees or bonuses or both due to the tax break.

     Trump has increased the military, for our protection.

     Funding for over 800 new policemen issued.

     Cut the time of approval for infrastructure permits.

     Trump has made progress on the wall to stop illegal immigration while at the same time the liberal democrats are trying to stop him because of the votes and believe it or not some Republicans are trying to stop it because of the cheap labor the illegals bring with them when they enter this country illegally.

These are just a few of the many achievements accomplished this past year that should give, we the people, increased confidence in our government. But for the most part we never hear about these achievements because the media never said a word about it.
The liberal media came went ballistic, "Does he wear dentures?" "How much TV does he watch?" "Will he be cutting down on his ice cream?"  What flavors is he fond of. They persuaded themselves in that he had dementia, congested and blocked arteries . All of the media on Trump's top Fake news Stories list is about as fake as they come. You can add deceivers and lairs to that also. Our media is an shame to all true Americans. They aren't there to share news with public, they are there to make their fake news and get themselves in front of the camera while representing liberal interests. One day they will wish they reported the truth.

Attacking Donald Trump

THIS IS A VERY GOOD ARTICLE THAT APPEARED IN A LOCAL NEWSPAPER, REBUFFING THE NEWSPAPER FOR AN ARTICLE THEY PRINTED ABOUT TRUMP AND WHAT THIS MAN SAID ABOUT THE PAPER IS THE TRUTH WELL SPOKEN. WHEN A NEWSPAPER IS SUPPOSE TO BE NEUTRAL AND ONLY REPORT THE FACTS, THIS IS ONE ARTICLE FROM A NEWSPAPER THAT IS JUST PLAIN DOWN IN THE GUTTER AND SURE SHOWS WHO THEY ARE BACKING FOR PRESIDENT. BUT OF COURSE WHEN IT COMES TO LIBERAL NEWSPAPERS YOU CAN EXPECT NO BETTER.

The editorial in the Star Democrat on Wednesday, May 18 was the most despicable piece of journalism ever seen. Not only was the information packed with lies, but the verbiage was over the top. The paper that day decided that it was going to attack Donald Trump not only in the editorial, but also in other Op-Eds and a cartoon showing Trump attacking the Statue of Liberty. Editorial Boards have the right in a free democracy to say whatever they want, and the citizens have every right to totally reject their comments. However, the press also has a responsibility to see that anything written in the name of journalism should be fair. That day, fair journalism died.

To call Donald Trump a demagogue and a bully is their opinion, and it should be rejected. He has almost the same number of votes in the Republican primaries as Hillary Clinton has in the Democrat primaries. The only difference was Trump was running against seventeen exceptional candidates, and she has been running against an old Socialist. Clearly, many Republicans favored Trump as well as the many Democrats who have lined up and changed registrations to vote for him.

The worst part of this editorial occurred when it compared politicians as to who is the dirtiest. It said that Hillary was dirty, but Trump was worse by his “leaping into the manure, smearing it on himself and then slinging it in all directions.” Really! Where does that verbiage come into play in decent journalism?

The attacks on Mr. Trump as creating a mob mentality that just follows him like a Pied Piper, demeans the millions of Americans who believe what Trump is saying. To describe them that way is disgusting.

Not to stop there it went on to attack Retrum publicans as standing with someone who is religion baiting, women demeaning, torture supporting, and rage stoking. Republicans do not believe in those attacks. Some of the language that has been used in the heat of the campaign is wrong. Is it wrong for Trump to believe that we should check all Muslims before they come into our country to see if they are Radical Muslims? Is it wrong to protect this country so our people are not killed as they have been in Belgium, France and Great Britain? Is it wrong to believe that water boarding was appropriate after 3,000 Americans were killed on 9/11 by radical Islamists? The GOP and Trump do not stand for authoritarianism, winking at violence or supporting the Klu Klux Klan. The newspaper may want to check the recent violence at the Nevada Democrat Convention and at Bernie’s and Hillary’s rallies. Give me a break.

There is a reason that many Republicans and Democrats are so angry at anyone that is a part of the establishment. The Trump phenomena is a direct result of what Barack Hussein Obama has done to this country over the last eight years. He has many Americans believing that we need someone outside of government to try to turn the country around. Some have turned to an outsider like Trump and some have turned to an avowed Socialist like Bernie Sanders.

The Spy Who Knows Nothing

   It was reported a few days ago Angela Merkel, the German chancellor, called up Barack Obama, to admonish him (other words to tell him off) for his administration’s determination to listen in on her private phone calls? That goes just a bit too far. I would like to have listened in on that exchange between Obama and her, but that would not have happen because I don’t work for the National Security Agency. I wonder who Obama blamed this on.

The chancellor said she unequivocally disapproves of such practices and sees them as completely unacceptable, a Merkel spokesman said, the Germany interior minister is demanding the United States provide “complete information” on the spying project that is being conducting against the German government. The spokesman added that “between close friends and partners ... there should be no such monitoring of the communication of the leaders of government. That would be and is a grave breach of trust.. But breach of trust seems almost to be the way to go at the NSA under Obama. A carefully worded statement from the White House press secretary Jay Carney said, “The President assured the chancellor that the United States is not monitoring and will not monitor the communications of Chancellor Merkel.” There was no indication of past tense in Mr. Carney’s statement. But the chancellor knows just like most Americans do that you cannot believe anything that comes out of his mouth or from his so called transparent government.

All Americans need to support the work of the NSA to some degree. The United States needs a stout ability in this age of increasing danger. But the NSA does not have to tap the German chancellor’s cell phone. That is going way too far. Since then we here the Catholic Pope’s phone was also taped by the NSA. Now where is the threat to national security there? Although we know that the current concept of privacy is a impressionable one, because of all the threats to national security and the casual manner with which many Americans toss around their personal information on social media, like Face Book and Twitter but that doesn’t mean that it is a right for Obama or the NSA to spy on The American people either. It is Indeed a time to set tougher standards for the NSA. Although we need a spy agency, we do not need a bunch of thugs who work for a want to be dictator going around spying on everybody.

The Obama administration has been embarrassed by the NSA spying on other European allies including France and Spain. According to reports at least 35 countries may have been monitored or spied on by the NSA under Obama.. While many people have grave concerns about the actions of the former NSA contractor Edward Snowden, who is now holed up in Moscow, it was his revelations that have prompted a national conversation about the junction of espionage with personal privacy and national interests. We expect more from the president than “I didn’t know it was going on,” (HE LIES) It is just another example of Obama’s tendency to deflect criticism by claiming ignorance or else blaming it on someone else. Once again let me insert here that Obama is deceiver and a liar. Spying on the American people, our allies and friends fits Obama’s sneaky personality to a tee. Americans cannot even talk on their cell phone without knowing if they are being spied on. Now we are being spied on by the internet. When will it ever stop? We do not live in a communist country or do we? The fact is, under Obama we are heading that way fast.

Obama’s claim that he was in the dark and was backed up by the NSA, (Of course they will not blame Obama. They would fall on the sword first.) But German newspapers claim that Obama had been informed of the spying operation. You will never hear that from our liberal newspapers. Whether Obama knew about it in advance or not, this incident and many others like it have damaged America’s reputation with key allies. It’s up to Obama to repair those relations with our allies and he could start by taking responsibility rather than dodging it. But that is something that he will never do. Past experience tells us that he will blame it on everybody and everything before he will that the blame.

The Liberal Newspapers

I recently read in an editorial by a liberal newspaper that stated the people who oppose the United Nations treaty on banning firearms are merely misled and are deceived, or they are trying to scam the American people. Sad to say the liberal newspaper is the one doing the scamming and the deceiving. They only tell the people what they want the people to hear and they also tell it in a deceiving way. They always seem to leave something out of their reporting.
Missing from the article that I read was the fact of what our constitution reveals, to the American people, in Article VI:
"This constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding."
What if this "archaic (outdated and pre-historic) document, that is known as our constitution" as Obama proclaimed, when he was a member of congress, and declared to the American people in 2008, is ignored and overlooked. How will the judges, in this country, rule on this new law that the United Nations Wants to impose on the American people if they believe the constitution is a "changing document" and how will they decide what the foundering fathers meant?There are two things that Obama and his liberal friends would like to change and that is the Bible (which will always be because God's Word changes not) and the constitution of these United States which the American people have lived by for hundreds of years. I submit that the liberal news. The liberals, and Obama are the ones that are mislead.
The editorial then mentions that the treaty says small arms would be managed and controlled by "international standards." It also quotes that the treaty "recognizes the right of nations to control arms within their own territory." Recently, we have heard politicians say that if they had the votes, they would tell the American people to "turn all their guns in. So much or the constitution.
Lastly, it informed the American people that this treaty will make no difference one way or the other. So my question is to the liberal newspaper, Obama, and the liberals is this, why have it? Why has such a treaty if it makes no difference? The truth of the matter is nations that do not get all the facts before passing new laws never make a good example for the rest of this world.

Is It Boredom Or Is It Evil

According to the police reports three teenage boys from Oklahoma were, “bored.” So they chose to do something to get over being bored, so they decided to murder the man who was jogging past them. They got in their car, they followed him, and did just that. They murdered him with no remorse and with a “Who cares attitude”.

The district attorney described the youngest, the 15-year-old, as having treated the murder as a “joke.” It was reported that he danced as he was booked. The 16-year-old, the one who pulled the trigger, showed no emotion, no feelings, or reaction when he was charged with first-degree murder. Only the 17-year-old had something to say. When the state prosecutor told him of the long prison sentence he is facing the young man responded by saying: “So what, I didn’t pull the trigger”. No remorse, no feelings, just a I do not care attitude.

I’m trying to choose my words carefully as I pen this article because. If the facts of what happen are given to the court are found to be true, these boys are pure evil and should rot in Hades forever for what they did. But will they rot in Hades or even go to jail? And if they go to a jail how long will they stay because they are juveniles.

Now, to get to the point of my thoughts and to get even nastier and more unpleasant . The (apparent) killers are African-American, so you will not hear that much from the press about the brutal crime, unless it is Fox News doing the reporting. The victim was a young Australian baseball player (A white male) who attended college in Oklahoma. The three violent beasts (again, assuming these facts to be true) I’m sure we will be told, are empty and hopeless. There will be all kinds of excuses made for them when in fact there is no excuse for the murder they committed.

Can this be called a hate crime. Was the victim selected by these punks because of his race? Does it really matter? Murder is murder. It doesn’t get much plainer than that. Nothing can be worse or uglier than the unprovoked, cold-blooded murder of an innocent victim that is chosen at random. And that is exactly what happened!

Anyone who was the least bit outraged by the killing of Trayvon Martin should be screaming like they did at the killing of Martin. The sad thing is they are not and it makes me wonder whether they ever will. Where is Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson? Why have they not said anything? The sure spoke out about Trayvon Martin. The truth is it because the person who was shot was white and the ones who did it are black?

It would be nice if Obama would tell the public what he thinks of this brutal murder. He sure had plenty to say about Trayvon Martin. Can he identify with the parents of the kid who went for a jog and ended up dead? Could he have a son like him? No, he doesn’t look anything like Obama would have at 15 years old, at least by the color of his skin, but that isn’t what really matters, is it? Obama has said nothing about this horrible crime. The whole point about this is that these teenagers, no matter, what their age is, they have no relationship to Obama when he was their age. Evil comes in all shapes and sizes and colors. When we see it, we need to call it for what it is, “EVIL”

The news said that two of the boys had difficult and hard lives. I got news for them, so have a lot of us but we never murdered anyone. The mother of the 15-year-old is in jail. Last year, the 16-year-old lost both his stepfather and his brother. So how did he lose them? Was it a sickness or was it murder? The fact is (and there is no mean intent here), the loss did not make these kids any better people and they are no different from anybody else. We all have choices.

Could it be possible that the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree? Is that statement a cruel one to make? Maybe so. But we are talking here about the pure evil of three young people murdering a person for no reason at all except they were bored, in this case bored to death and according to the police they were on their way to another home to commit, yet, another murder when they were caught. So what is more cruel, my statement or their cruel act of murder and their wanting to murder yet another person. A whole lot of people will have plenty to say about my statement but they will never open their mouth about these kids who brutally murdered the jogger.

Plenty of disadvantaged kids grow up besieged by all forms of needs that they are deprived of but they would never kill a person because they are having a boring day. They know, deep down in their heart what the difference is between good and evil. Many kids grow up with bad parents and bad families and bad problems, but they don’t murder a person who is out for a jog just because they are bored. It is not a black or white issue. Evil doesn’t have a color. Evil is evil. It is a wickedness that grows more out of control in this country every day.

Some people will blame the crime on the gun when the real blame should rest on those teenagers and for the most part how they were raised. The bottom line is this crime is not really a black or white issue. A lot of white people would like to have it that way, just like when a white person kills a black person. When are people going to see it for what it is “EVIL”

State Of The Art; Character Assassination!

This state-of-the-art execution of good men, by the liberal news is just the beginnings, as we can see below. The liberal media wants to destroy anyone - of any race or way of life - who wants to defend and support limited government and a person’s liberty. They will do anything to stop any of these men from winning the White House. Just keep on reading and you will see the liberal bias.

Rick Perry:  When the liberal Washington Post thought that Perry was the Republican front runner they concocted a thirty year old story that Texas Perry’s father, not Perry himself, rented out a hunting camp that once had been given a racially offensive name by some other person not Rick Perry or his father. Rick Perry’s father changed the name once he had taken control of the property. Rick Perry his self helped to get rid of the sign from the property that had the racial name. In This evil and vicious  world, the son is guilty of the father’s sins, and his father’s, father’s sins, even when there are no sins to be guilty of in their lives - so long as the name is Perry, Rick Perry was guilty of it!

Herman Cain: Scandalous and Outrageous murmured crusades against people running for office were at one time only thought and assumed by people, but just recently Politico announce them in headlines on their blog. Accusations made by unidentified sources, not having any detailed charges, are obviously good enough to meet the low journalistic standard of Politico. They made these printed this false clams, knowing that they could destroy not just a candidacy of what seems to be a honest and straight forward man, but a man’s personal life forever. Such high standards for a news outlet. More like news from a trashy tabloid.  What the liberals are really trying to do here is to get rid of Cain, because he would be the one candidate that would take away a lot of the black vote. What man or women that is running for public office does not have some kind of stain on their record. It is not the stain or the allegations that worry the far left it is the man who is a big threat to the Obama campaign.

Newt Gingrich:  Perhaps the most damaging of personal assassinations, to try to eliminate someone, is also among the most flagrantly, blatantly, and deliberately false. Some people and news reporters are so unashamed of how they report the news.  The talking class or people who like to argue, and misrepresent the facts has claimed for years that Gingrich had served his cancer-stricken wife with divorce papers on her deathbed. This is so outrageous, despicable and false. People can do shameful things to hold a good person back. Gingrich’s  daughter, Jackie Gingrich Cushman, who wrote a recent article entitled “Setting the record straight.” Her mother, who is still alive, does not and never did have cancer. Newt’s daughter said the divorce, which should have been a private family matter in the first place, had begun sometime before the so called famous hospital visit and was, in fact, requested by his wife, not Gingrich. Why let the facts get in the way of perfectly good character assassination story or should I say lies?

The Witch Hunt Is On!

The elections are close and the witch hunt is on! Bill Maher's release of remarks (on witchcraft) made by Christine O'Donnell, who has cast herself as a conservative with Christian values, puts her in an ill-chosen position. But she has given a very good and believable account of what she said. On Sunday she summed up her experiment in sorcery to being a teenager, and she said this: “ there is no magical explanation to her 1999 confession that she "dabbled into witchcraft." A former Justice Department attorney who quit his job to protest the Obama administration's handling of the New Black Panther Party voter intimidation case is accusing Attorney General Eric Holder of dropping the charges, against these Black Panthers for racially motivated reasons. J. Christian Adams, now an attorney in Virginia, says he and the other Justice Department lawyers working on the case were ordered to dismiss it. Adams told Fox News that politics and race was at play in the dismissal of charges against the Black Panthers.
The thing that shouldn’t surprise anyone about the Black Panther case is how much the response by the Obama Department of Justice resembles their response to the case against Mayor Kevin Johnson. In that instance it was Gerald Walpin, working as a federal inspector general who was fired by President Obama for what looked like politically motivated reasons because the new administration didn’t like Walpin’s investigation into wrongdoing by a prominent supporter, The record of this administration’s attempts to stop investigations and prosecutions of wrongdoing, just because those acts were committed by political allies, is getting longer and longer. Adams says the dismissal is a symptom of the Obama administration's reverse racism and that the Justice Department will not pursue voting rights cases against white victims.
The Justice Department's account, of why they dropped the charges, has failed to satisfy the United States Commission on Civil Rights, which is questioning the department's decision, or Republican lawmakers who say the dismissal could lead to an rise of voter intimidation. The commission has repeatedly sought information from the Justice Department, going as far as filing subpoenas. The Justice Department has provided 2,000 pages of information in response to the commission. But Adams said in the Times article that the department ordered the attorneys "to ignore the subpoena, lawlessly placing us in an inappropriately legal limbo." Adams also says that after the dismissal, Justice Department attorneys were instructed not to bring any more cases against racial minorities under the Voting Section. Adams told Fox News that the Black Panther case was the "easiest I ever had at the Justice Department.” "It doesn't get any easier than this," he said. "If this doesn't constitute voter intimidation, nothing will." So if that was the case why was the charges dropped? Would the charges have been dropped if it was members of the Klu Klux Klan standing there instead of the black Panthers. The answer is “NO” ! Well what do you expect out of this President and his thugs. You say anything about Obama in the negative and you will be accuse of being a bigot. If this had been 2 men in white hoods(who I don't believe in or their cause, but just using an example.) They would have been dropped so fast that the grand pupa, himself, couldn't have gotten them off.
No doubt, by what we read and see, what Mr. Adams says about the reverse discrimination in the Obama administration is true. We see and hear about it every day. Divide and conquer. That is the name of the game for this administration. Here is the problem, The news media will trash and destroy Mr. Adams instead of looking at his allegation. Why? And the useless people serving in the Obama’s Justice Department will be sheltered in their little bubble so that they can continue to beat America and the American people down. Holder a racist? Say it is not so! I'm sure our totally non-racist President will take immediate and important action! Of course he'll probably want to conference with Jeremiah Wright or maybe Van Jones about it first.
This is just another example of the Chicago Politics that is destroying our freedoms, one at a time, every legislation packed with thousands of freedom taking amendments that no one will understand until it is too late. Obama is ignoring the border issue, bashing Arizona every chance he gets, appointing radicals to this administration, immediately siding against police officers (remember the Beer Summit?), letting Joe Biden run off at the mouth, raising taxes for healthcare, and who knows what else.
Every day the American people wake up to see another example of a misuse and exploitation to the system of laws, of our country, under the Obama Administration. How much more of this can the American people take? When is enough really enough? How can this even happen in America today. Never has there been so much abuse of power and total disregard to the constitution of the United States, it is as if the constitution is not even existent. Every day this administration gets away with just about anything and the American people seem powerless to change it and it is getting very exasperating and trying, Americans have not very many safeguards to protect us, as a country, when a dithering, and inexperienced community organizer wins the office of President. This is a very unbelievable and a very scary situation, when does it end and how does it end?
